No Contact Delivery/Porch Drop Off & Pick Up. We deliver the Tents & Equipment at your doorstep and you do the set up/teardown. Local Delivery only within 30 miles of Orange City.

We require a $100 deposit for all parties along with a $100 damage deposit. Balance is due within 7 days of the event. If your party is canceled within four weeks of the scheduled date, there will be a $50 administrative fee. If the party is canceled less than four weeks from the party date, your deposit is non-refundable.
Business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work, and suitable protection measures for clients and staff, and good disinfecting procedures for equipment.
All payments must be made electronically to comply with the non-contact guidance that is currently advised. Teepees are only to be used in one room within the household and should not be moved between rooms after installation. Use of the equipment must be for those living within the household only. Clients must not allow, under any circumstances, persons who are not from their own household to use the equipment. Where customers are found in breach of this, Magical Moments Teepee Parties reserve the right to immediately arrange collection of the equipment.
We are currently unable to hire for social gatherings and use outside of the immediate family.
Cross-contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use. Adequate PPE, namely gloves and a mask, will be worn on delivery and collection by staff from Magical Moments Teepee Parties. Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected before it can be rented again. Soft furnishings that cannot be washed at 60 degrees will not be included in the packages. Bedsheets, blankets and mattress protectors provided for the sleepover, will be washed and placed in a fastened bag 72 hours before delivery.
Customers must supply their own pillows and pillowcases. Cushions supplied by Magical Moments Teepee Parties are not to be used as a substitute for a pillow by the customer.
All bedding must be stripped by the client and placed in a fastened bin bag ready for collection.
The client must notify Magical Moments Teepee Parties, in advance of delivery, if any members of the household have tested positive for Covid 19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run-up to or during the event.
Magical Moments Teepee Parties will also notify the client if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises. This policy is in addition to the standard risk assessment and terms of hire which must be agreed to before the hire.
